Thai cuisine enjoys international fame. Food in Thailand is not only tom yam and seafood. Some dishes are really bizarre.
Some Thai people eat insects with a beer for taste, so we eat chips or peanuts. Insects are usually fried in deep fat and seasoned with soy sauce and pepper.
Delights can also be rats. Of course, not the "urban" living in the sewers and eating trash, but as the seller assures, those caught in traps in the rice fields and feeding on the roots of rice
In Western cuisine, only frog legs are eaten but in Thai cuisine, the greater part of the frog is consumed, especially the liver and skin.
